2dots At QuakeCon 2011

Last saturday i went to my first QuakeCon held at Hilton-Anatole in Dallas Texas and it was amazing. For those who do not know, QuakeCon is a free annual convention for computer gamers, basically the mecca for gamers all over participating in gaming events,tournaments,live panels as well as new technology coverage and more.

Judging by my crazy experience at ComicCon in 2009, which i think is THE BEST Thing in pop culture celebration,as well as my QuakeCon experience, i see QuakeCon in a much more fan dedication event.

Unlike ComicCon which celebrates games,comics,movies and art all together and is much bigger,QuakeCon is solely for gamers and i could see gamers showing their pride and passion doing what they love,making the event unique.

I had a blast and will definitely go for round two next year if i get the chance. Till then Game on!
